Hey ive been thinking about doing jedi and was wondering is it too late to gain enough fs xp for 5trees? Im curious how much fs xp do you get in a buff session, Do you go afk or requires you to be there. Money is no factor for me but i dont wanna get 4-0-0-0 commando and then find out a new patch came out and it doesnt work the same way anymore...

Nothing is gonna happen to commando, so you can go be a fs monkey until the CU comes out.

playing at a very lax pace, and using protons, i can get about 185k-200k combat xp per buff session
If i concentrate, i can cap it out and work on other xp exclusively.
I generally don't like to grind, i only do it once or twice a week, and i'm only really doing it for another slot :/.

I can max hvy weapons in a buff session with extra combat XP from my Kliknik glops. I too play at a relaxed pace and usually hunt whatever creature resource a guildie needs, so it varies. I prefer Endor or Lok for my commando.
As you FS grind, keep in mind all the drawbacks of grenades to a non-Master Commando. (See various grenade threads in this forum.) You'll be fortunate that money's no object.

its really sad the amount of attention our beloved profession started to receive after they started this whole force grinding thing. i wonder why these people dont post on the jedi page- theyre not really here for commando anyway.

Only the real commandos are here.... 
Swabbster, you would prolly have more answers to any FS questions on the Force Sensitive forums than here...most commando folk hate the notion that people are using commando as a stepping stone for an easier grind towards jedi...while totally disregarding the profession in some cases (i have had a friend who's now a master and is staying a master due to some FS grinding...)
Plus it'll cut down on your 1 star gainage apparently

I am not going commando to grind...Id rather be a swordsmen grind and atleast be able to go on elder hunts and still hold doc. Thanks for the help...
