Thread: New Weapons = TKM / MC new Big Game Hunters?

The New weapons are shown.
No new Specific Heavy Weapons, however they have not said that none of the rifles/carbines/pistols will be commando certed.
I know one thing for shur tho.... MC/TKM is gunna be one hell of a damage dealer to the health pool
With the blaster fist and 4 flame dots going all I can say is... DAMNN!!! Bye bye Night Sister/Kyrat

How do you know we aren't getting one of those rifles...or cabines...or the melee weapon...etc...any of them COULD be heavy for all we know...lol...the thing we have to remember is that just because it's, say, a rifle, doesn't mean it's going to riflemen...

Yea the "proton" stuff seems quite interesting. Sounds a bit like heavy fire to me but who knows.

What im specificaly talking about is that the Master Commando / TKM templat will become a great High Level Mob Hunter. Right now to be a big game hunter you need either some Swordsman (blast Hamer) or Rifleman (T21).
Now however there will be a combo that specificaly appears to be disigned for Big Game Hunting. The MC/TKM templat will give blast damage (Blaster Fist) along with a heavy DOT (Flamethrower DOT).
Wether the Blaster Fist is a Commando cert (which is what I belive) or a TK cert is irelivent as TKM/MC would have it either way.

I think I would fall over if we ended up getting cert'd for these.... so long as carbineer won't require BH carbs to become a rapid fire weapon. Might make some interesting combinations of commando/carbineer or commando/rifleman if these weapons were to go into the commando tree/s and be able to make use of carbineer or rifleman. Gnawing at the bit here for more info as I would like to quit screwing around with templates trying to make an assault commando. The new weapons look great though overall. That acid sword for fencers looked interesting as well... I am not so sure TKM will be that high of a damage dealer after the CURB. Gut tells me they will be extremely agile and fast but less overall damage to help put more focus on ranged prof's. It still looks like it would be a fun mix especially with the new blast fists they were showing.
I am just glad to see some of the stuff in the .tre's get some use and hope they are added to the WS list of schems rather than have to play find the barrel/schematic game. Sad how many master pistoleers still cannot even get their master level weapon without dropping 5 mil and pikeman can't even damage their NPC to get their rare schem etc.
Looking forward to seeing how this plays out for sure

The Master Commando already is the big game hunter on tatooine, heck, in my krayt hunt, 2 commandos, me and Wild', neither of us even master, were able to wound a krayt ancient down to the point where nearly half it's health bar was black before it died. All of this with flame dots.

Meanwhile a Master Rifleman thats not in the group gets the loot...

Which is why we need to hope that this is addressed in the CU and sue the *CENSORED* out of the devs if it's not. At the very least, we could point Ryu's tank at em.

Finally finished TKM to complement my Mcommando. Gotta say, it's been fun, but now... I'm not actively working on anything! Makes me feel like my character's growth is over. Good thing I'm starting to RP a bit =P
Must say, TKM/Commando is pretty good! Took my crew out last weekend to good old graveyard de krayt and we bagged four of em! /salutes!
