There is also one in the rebel outpost on Rori, though he is inside one ofthe structures.

Are you sure you know what you're getting into?

There are Commando trainers at :

Tatooine - Mos Entha (1553, 3338)
Tatooine – Imperial Oasis West of Mos Espa (-5292, 2718)
Tatooine - Wayfar (-5038, -6609)
