I think its funny that we hear all this from sources outside the developers. You would think they would have put up the news first or at least at the same time. Myabe they don't care about us paying players 'cause they already got us (don't mind that last remark, I am feeling unusually bitter about all of this)

they probably feel that they dont need to (that people wuold look at IGN or others to do their work, its not their job to tell everyone anyway... thats why Game websites and news were invented...created... whatver

I'm sorry but a Friday Feature on this will probably piss more folks off that think SOE should have said something about it before everyone did...when they could be bringing out some more info on weps, armor, AT-ATs, newer faction perks, etc...(I was going to insert a mad/witty/sarcastic comment here but I think I'm already on the verge of being banned 'cause I said "piss")
Ragin Wookies, New Planet, New Starfighter, Space Mining...sounds like a $10 download to me...but then again the only thing I WANT is the CURB (don't care if the devs get pissed...ain't like we haven't been for a long time)...sorry for the RANT...just extremly mad that I can't log in right now cause they broke something else...of course all I got to do when I log in is......well when i think of something I'll let you know...

This just in from Austin, Texas:::::::::::::::
Due to the recent FUEL costs rising in the US, SOE has announced that they will be cutting back on the alloted fuel in ALL Commando Flamethrowers...reducing the Damage and Capping it to 200 per shot, speed will be increased for reloading times with a min of 10.2, flamesingle and flamecone will now shoot in short bursts instead of a single stream of flame thus increasing our MISS rates...further details will be announced next week after we push the change thru live servers!
Sorry for the rant guys....just extremely peeved!

Because that's exactly what they did regarding JTL before it's release...The first announced it (showing screenshots and such) via a FF if I recall correctly...Then when one of the new species was leaked out, the posted (after the fact) a FF to introduce the new species. Besides, I'm sure they have more screenies and more info to share then what's been said in either of the two articles out there.

Whether before or after the fact, people are going to complain...I havea feeling that a FF will receive mixed reviews, but would actually be leaning more towards the positive if it includes info we don't already know, especially about the status of the CU...Personally, I'd rather know more about when testing will start and what will be specific to the CU vs. the Expansion rather then more info on weaps, armor, AT-Ats, newer faction perks, etc...Besides, if it is true that there was a FF ready to go, but had to be delayed, do you really think they'd let that go to waste? Not likely...they'll just use it later...and who knows, it could be this Friday (although there is another FF I'd rather see personally)...

I have a feeling we haven't heard everything yet about this new expansion...Isn't it typical for an expansion to come with some sort of "exclusive"? Neither article mentioned that...Besides the new planet and new Space stuff, most of the rest of it sounded like any other patch, so I have a sneaking feeling that there is more to this expansion then has been revealed...
(though I'm not expecting that for a while).Thanks for responding to my post...I think the .000000000000000000000000000000001% shread of hope is the only thing keeping me here....I love the professions that I have...Smuggler and Commando, but the total worthlessness I feel when I log in hurts...yes...I laid off for a few weeks...but I was more bored of doing nothing at home than I was being bored just staring at the screen blink...
Suprised you didn't say anything about my little blurp (was supposed to be funny) at the bottom of my post about the rising fuel costs and flamethrowers...
Sorry...lemme see if they fixed something where I can log in now...and yes, I still cry when I watch the Commando Video!
