nope, you have to shell out that ridiculous amount of credits for a sub-par weapon everytime.

Well, that sucks.
Do you know if the rocket launcher is limited use? I see one that we can buy with faction points, but can't examine it first, so I have NO idea what the stats are.

All the weapons in the HW catagory minus the flamethrower and acid rifle are charges and have too be dispossed of when they run out. My rocket launcher cost me 120k and it came with 120 shots. So its costing me 1k for every shot!!!...........that hurts considering it misses about 50% of the time
