Just wondering if launcher pistols worked off of existing pistol accuracy and speed gained in the marksman tree, and can you pistol specials with it? (i.e. BS1 and 2)

You can definately use the pistol specials, not to mention marksman specials but whether or not the pistoleer speed and accuracy mods work with the launcher pistol is my number 1 'need to know' information. Without knowing this I'm having a hard time completing my character. Pistoleers and BHs can shoot extremely fast and even though I don't have the room for master pistoleer(+20 at master), that plus 24 speed increase under the pistoleer combat XP skill tree sure would help. A few accuracy mods would be nice too
