I was just on TCEP3 doing some dueling when I picked up Commando hoping to deal some serious damage (seriously dissapointed by the way) and began going at a few people with my Plasma Flame Thrower. At first things seemed to be going decently well but then all of a sudden I noticed that I was only executing maybe one out of 6 or 7 attempted specials. The icon bars would merely turn red when chosen and I'd get a sort of clanging sound. The opponent was only 5 meters away and I had a full action bar so I see no reason why the specials shouldn't have worked. I then switched over to a rocket launcher and all of a sudden my specials seemed to start back to working. Anyone else experience something similar?
