Tallon is SW of Kadaara a bit, his vendor is usually on the planetary map, but with the bug on thissome vendors have to re-list everyday. Send a mail or /tell to Scistuie if you cant find it. I checked his vendor earlier today and he was out, but I clearly saw a PBC displayed nearby that hadaround 230-330 damage and 6-7 fire rate (dont remember exactly).Healsohad a number ofacid stream cannons around 1xx-6xx damage (again dont remember).
