sorry to burst your bubble... but i remember Holo saying something about commandos were 'Working as planned' (rough paraphrase) while we were uber nerfed... and now we have b een changed. Just because he said that is not like its written in steel that we will never be changed again, or nerfed. Everyone is depending WAY too much on that statement to get them through the day.

When Holo said commandos were working as planned he was saying it himself.

The latest bit where he said commandos were working as intended postpatch, he referenced the Dev in charge of the changes as saying it(is baking cookies for that dev.)
