OK guys, we all (or at least most of us) think that this latest nerf to commandoes is no fun, to put it midly. And given the speed at which the devs have addressed our other issues (heavy acid rifle, beam rifle; 4 months and counting), I dont expect this will change all that quickly. Nowm rather than post another thread on this "change", I thought that I could kick off a thread dedicated to missions that we can still do, or maybe even do better. My way of making money is to take stormtrooper camp missions from the rebel mission terminal. They come up if your flamethrower is equipped. Each mission pays around 5500 credits, and you can make around 100 fp per mission. Also, if you flame a stormtrooper and then switch to your lp you get 22 fp instead of 15, and with the 10% bonus this month you get 2 more extra fp instead of 1 extra fp.

Great post!!!!!!!!! I run stormtrooper missions out of anchorhead and i'll tell you they are not the melee type. They will just shoot back if you have a ranged weapon. Get yourself a decent pet and some good armor or group with a TKA or some melee type. They are pretty easy to pick off. Nice payout and good faction points.

stormies still love to wack me in melee. I can flamecone 3 of em from 15 meters and it seems at least 1 still comes and 1 shots me with his beating stick.

You guys are still able to pull up the 13k Seething Bol Crusher missions? I havent been able to get anything that pays more than 10k, and those are the pikets which always seem to swarm me even though they have been going at my Sludge Panther for the past minute.

I try to pull the missions with my Flamethrower equipped at my Master Commando rank solo. Are you guys doin something different?

Thats what I want to know! I used to hunt these things as my primary source of income, but cant get any now...
