Bh light lightning cannon does half the damage with its special. I wouldn't mind seeing the HAR as a copy of the light lightning cannon though. At least that would make it mean something.

Funny that you're asking that 
this is what gets most of us commandos angry at the nerf crap. Most ppl only see the damage we do in 1 shot never the 7-12 seconds delay after. The reason it's there is to keep our damage/second in line with the BH ( the other hybrid class ) but letting us do huge 1 hit damage.

Commandos have a big delay after using a special, BHs dont...how does that work...

heh but you need a happy medium as well. not all assult weapony that we have is either fast or rediculously slow. There are some medium weight medium speed weapons that most militiaries use. Grenades are fast, a TOW launcher isnt. The HAR would be a perfect balance, assuming it had AP 1, since Dx2s do as well...
