Instead of this TEF #$%^ you could make the turnaround rate for buying buildings dramatically increase and have some real strategy involved with placing buildings with your factions base around and guards from buying from faction points surrounding buildings with PA members as acting officers or whatever.

NO its not ridiculous...............if your PA is at war with another PA then your buildings are a target, as it now you have no incentive to go to war other than killin each other in the world of circleof repeats and wash; if you lose a building then you LOSE. Only the strong survivea base attack and ina few weeks you would see who has a good PA or not by how many attacks they can withstand and whoever attacks then can be counter-attacked and so on. As it is now this is no way to fight a war if your resources cannot beexhausted or your supply linescannot becut, SOMETHING ALONG THE REAL WAYS OF WAR. Not this candy!@# shoot meI shoot you back after I die, wash, repeat.

Simple reason why it'll never happen.....it would ruin the economy...instead of people rebuying their houses and guild halls they'd just not bother and say piss on it...why would anyone pay 400k for a guild hall only to have it destroyed a day later? That would be rediculous.

You never said guild wars, buildings being destroyed in guild wars would be cool since guild wars are consentual and there's limited combatentsto guard against....but having it be faction related as to who can destroy your house or guild hall or harvestor is a bit much....there's no way to constantly guard something, there's always going to be someone online that can destroy it when you're not there.....and speaking for myself I can say I wouldn't bother buying another large house again if it costs me 200k and I'm pretty sure the architect would think twice about selling to me again anyways because I'd just be seen as a waste of resources/time.

If they made it possible to target and destroy buildings people would use an account of an unfactioned player to place those structures. Even for a guildwar this could be done. Sure you can try and target our PA hall, but its not owned by someone in the guild.

If they implemented this in the same way that faction bases can be taken over or destroyed it might work. Have the opposing guild have to slice a PA terminal to take the PA hall over. Make it vulnerable at only certain times. Something like that would make guild wars alot more interesting and fun. I agree the kill me, I kill you fights are a bit out of hand and boring.
