lets say it this way i got 2 packs of proton nades and i used them i payed 4k for ech and out of 10 only 3 hit and 2 of the ones that hit dint hit any mob they hit me lol i got incap 2 x by them rilly gay i pay 4k to incap my shelf lol o well

If any of you are on Radiant, I have several Protons on my vendor for as little as 800 credits. I tried to experiment the range up to 12 m so you don't have to get quite so close.

As to the person who hit 3 out of 10 times, was this pre-patch? I used to notice that it was almost impossible to hit - perhaps 1 or 2 out of 5, but since the patch, I'm hitting 3-4 times out of every stack, provided I'm at ideal range and standing still. You have to target a mob that's attacking a tank... Torturs are GREAT for this

I used to do that all the time too. In fact, I still do it on occasion. Usually it happens when I press my hotkey to throw the grenade, in the ensuing pause the mob walks up to me (within the blast radius of the grenade) and I hit them.

Seems grenade area effect will hurt theuser if too close, I just killed myselfwith a proton last night......It didnt show anyspam message, but I got a over head number -1800 and incapped lol

It is a bit stupid, proton grenade ideal is 10m, and the radius is 10m too, it means we cant use it at the right ideal range?

Btw, Rocket launcher is AE weapon too, anyone tried fire it at extremely close range? will it hurt the user?
