Thread: message for devs to read
Now is not the time to try and get the Devs to listen...Now is the time to sit back and watch the fun...
What do I mean by that...Examine the changes carefully...Yes they reduced our DoT damage and up'd the initial attack...but they also added back in DoT damage granting xp and loot right...a major griefable tool...The NERF hearders will soon be screaming louder and more whine filled then they ever have been...and we will just sit back ONCE AGAIN and say "WE TOLD YOU SO!!!"
We tried to warn TH and the rest of the Devs, but they refused to listen...they based their changes to our profession on tests of Master Commando Vs. Master Commando (TH's own admission) so they gained no real understanding of how things work...
So I suggest that anytime from now on a NERF herder complains about Commando griefing, you just remind them that we tried to ward TH and the Devs...and that they have them to thank...
Maybe in the future so of the blinded folks who have visited our forum recently to show support for TH and the Devs will think twice about doubting that we know our profession best...The will learn...give them time...doesn't mean they won't do it agian...this does make, I believe, the 3rd time the Devs have foolishly made a change we warned them not to, and it's yet another one that will end up biting them in the backside...

God I wish someone like you, Garvin, someone that has DEDICATED himself to the goal of fun and others was up there instead of that Thunder-Heartless person. Garvin I give you my utmost respect and your word is 1000 timesmore justifiedthan TH's.
Keep it up, perhaps one day they will slap themselves and bow to you, then you can kick them square in the nutz.

Maybe by then they'll realize that we should be using something more practical than a flamethrower, like an assault rifle or really big gun instead.
