Anyone know whether or not armor/clothing attachments with stats for "heavy weapons" (speed, accuracy, etc.) actually work, or if they're completely useless?

I was just wondering since there is no actually "heavy weapons speed" or other mod in the commando tree....

These are left over from pre-Beta, and we have been trying to get them fixed, so those that have them can actually use them.
