I Just recently got Unarmed 4 and have had master marksman for quite sometime now. I have about 12000 combat xp, but it takes so very long to get higher and higher with combat xp. PLZ send me an email in the game if you in the StarSider Galaxy otherwise write it in the forum. If anyone has a very easy way in order to get Novice Commando please tell me. I am in desperate need of knowledge!! Please keep in mind that at this time I only have 11000 credits and I am on Dantoine at the moment, as I said I just recently got UA 4.

ok.... well, combat xps is hard to get. but it can be done. ok, first off, buy some C12 nades'. they convert regular dmg into combat xps. so a chubba you kill, for like 100 xps +10 combat xps turns into 100 combat xps +10 combat xps. Thats a quick way to grind it. Also, think of what else you want to be besides commando (pistoller, Carbineer, or Rifleman are a few options, as well as smuggler (my fav.))

Work towards those goals, and you will be getting combat xps also. It will take a long time, but it will pay off in the end (I hope). remember C12 nades' not C22s, becasue C22s require certs, and i dont think you have that. good luck, and group hunting with a fast weapon is the best way to get any xps

USE GRENADES ON LAIRS:

Yes, get the grenades. Here's what you do with them: use them on the lair of whatever mission you are fighting. If you NEVER attack the lair with anything except the grenades, then the entire lair xp will be combat xp.

It doesn't take as long as you think, so cheer up.

I have a question about that too. If you throw a grenade, then bleedshot the creature, would you get combat exp? I remember reading a guide about a macro that would hit a creature with unarmed, bleed and then you would run away and let it bleed to death for unarmed exp. Would that work with grenades? Chuck one, bleed it then wait for it to die?

that also works. My personal favorite target for that tactic is levisqualls on rori, mainly because they are slow and give some serious xps

As far as I know the bleed and kill tactic has been done away with after one of the more recent patches. Your best bet now is to find someone who can hold a lot of aggro and fire off grenades at his targets, and fire at lairs.

I'd get at least a crate of 25, if not 2... 50 stacks should be plenty

It seems that 2 crates of c12s are about 40k every where i go, now i dont no how to get that kind of money when im doing crap missions, now to get better missions i have to make money to get buffed,...... you see where im going with this, I used a couple of c12s and got my ass kicked by crap things, so i had to switch to my pistol, and kill them and i got like 30 extra combat xp when i just threw like 10 grenades which cost like 2k. I would really like somebody to just simply, tell me medium difficulty monsters, that gives good combat xp, I can get buffed and go to any planet if nesscesary!!!

Don't use them on MOBs, use them on lairs.

I have an easier way. Yell at your local TKM and ask him to tank for you. Tell him to attack a creature, then peace it. Then you start throwing grenades. Try to pick creatures that gang up, like feral banthas. Throw a grenade into their midst to damage them all at the same time. I got 3.5k more combat exp to go

Er, I think you probably need flame I before you can set things on fire.
