I am currently a master rifleman and almost master CH. Now i wanna drop CH and go for commando. Has anyone tried this template: rifleman/commando? how does it work. does it work well? your feedback is appreciated.

Yeah it can be a nice combo as Rifleman is a very solid Profession. If you want you can become a dabbler. Which if you grab the defence mods off TKA and drop rifleman a bit you can be quite good. But if you love Master Rifleman just grab commando. Just remember Commando is close combat, with a little bit of range.

Commando can only use flamer specials at max 20 meters and often fights in melee range. So to have Rifleman to have good specials and good dmglong range wouldbe very good imo. Only weakness is that you dont have any melee mitigation then. Why many commandos supplement Master Commando with Master TKA. Weakness of a Master commando and TKA is of course that they are almost useless at 20+ m's.
