Question: Do "Heavy Weapon" skill mods actually affect the current commando skills?

The reason I ask this is because when you look at the Commando skill tree, you get individual skills per weapon that you learn.

For example, a flamethrower accuracy skillwould show up on your "Skills" chart as Flamethrower Accuracy 10. Same with every other weapon in the commando tree.

There is actually no skill tree in the commando line that is affected by the "heavy weapon" skills.

So does this mean that the current heavy weapon attachments are old & void? Or do the skill attachments that are labeled things like"heavy weapon speed +5"just cover a general range of all weapons that are considered "heavy weapons?"

To answer you question, no. Those skill tapes are hold overs from beta, and have no use in the game what-so-ever. We've adressed this in our 10 questions to TH, however, it's something that probably won't ever be fixed (like the mods for the HAR) because the devs have said in their private forum that they pretty much don't care about our profession and have no plans for it in the future (besides more nerfs of course).
