Thread: a Weaponsmith asks for your opinion ...

hi fellow commandos,

im just about to make some rocket launchers but this issue is for all heavy weapons and grenades.

what do u prefer more: more damage or more uses ? (for heavy weps and grenades or just for one?)

as u might know a ws has 10 or up to 12 points he can experiment on - and so im not sure if u really would like some higher damage (lets say 2200 instead of 2100) or if u can have 1 (or maybe more) uses of this wep. my calculation was based on the summary damage of a weapon but i have never been a commando (one of 3 i havent done - hehe) and so i would like your thought about it.

would be nice if u could gimme some hints i could work towards into my stuff (it seems there is a high demand on my main server for commando stuff)

Personally, I'm all for bigger booms.

depends on the commando i think,

i prefer more damage instead of another charge

i had this discussion a looong time ago with a WS friend that specialised in commando weapons. My personal opinion is ALWAYS a bigger boom. As a commando there are a few things you accept and 1. that your charged weapons/grenades can miss alot. and 2. they cost stupid amounts of HAM to use.


So rather than having a extra chance to miss and reap havoc on your HAM I'd always prefer the ones that do hit to do more damage.

Personally, bigger boom, because we want to make those hits we have count atleast.

If it is for Schwartz-grinding players' demand for grenades, then damage is all you really need.
