Thread: Instead of MBH/MComm....tips please

Ok, so in an effort to distance myself from the norm a little, I played around with the prof calc and came up with this neat lil' template:


Master Commando, Master Carbineer, Pistol Stances, and Smuggler 0-0-0-3


It gives me well over 200 in gen ranged acc, and +45 to gen spd, as well as giving me plenty of state specials, including root and a slowing attack. Plus, I can craft a few spices, could help hehe. +200 Melee def. and +185 ranged def. also ensures I last somewhat long in a fight, plus I can switch off between battle and assault armor if the need arises. Give me some thoughts on this, pros and cons hehe.....'cuz I really have no clue how all the numbers and whatnot work.

Hrmmmm...anyone? I heard that carbineers will be getting some love with the Alliance needler, which will be kinetic and take adv. feed mechs, so I need to break out those gorax bones hehe. Too bad I can't grab that nifty proton carb, but I'm kinda warming up to that proton rifle now hehe...

Carbineer would probably work well. It's really up to you, heh.

Smug will give you general range weapon speed, and some decent specials.....but BH gives you better specials and mods, which is why you see so many comm/BH

general ranged speed of 70(higher thanM.Com/MBH), good defense(almost =M.Com/MBH), can pick up a few pistols, all the smuggler moves, and another way to make money

Of course it will be alot better when the guns are fixed, but....


Improved Crippling shot with HAR to snare and blind, Improved legshot with your Plasma FT for damage dealing, and duelist stance along with bomb droids, and some grenades to boot, once they are fixed.


I'm in the process of finishing this template off nowI am excited about its potential.

Exactly my combo


Had this one even before the CU (exept BH - I took up after the CU) and it was fun for PvE, now it just rocks in both PvE and PvP.


Try the "advanced rapid fire" attack with a PFT, Ihave the impressionit deals even more dmg than the "improved legshot".
