Hey guys,
Yesterday I was hanging out w/ my guild and just having fun, getting exp and whatnot. We tried PvP and needless to say, I got my ass kicked. I'm currently Mcommando/BH4444 (Master in a day or two) and I need to figure out how to use my template. I never really PvP'd before the CU (since I usually got my ass kicked) but now that we can as commandos, I'm wondering exactly how!
If anyone could throw in some hints, tactics, skills to pick up in addition to main skills, or anything like that I would appreciate it. I'm trying to wrestle with the new system, so hopefully you guys know more than I do. Also, any PvP hints in general would be cool too!
Thanks guys!

I am same Temp..
This is what you have to do
Get a high damage flame around 1000 Damage , Dps should be around 500
make sure you action cost for your Flame are around 100 or less. If you cant o well but your going to be Tired quick!
Get Some speed tapes 10+ or so should be nice,if your rich get more tapes accuracy ect..
*Duels- Kd, Critical Shot, Torso Shot, Eye shot Critical shot Torso shot .. Owend. Just dont let them Root you first.and make sure to stay about 10m-20m from your target , found out this is the best way avoid some hits for some odd reason.

Before fighting, always activate duelist stance. Keep states applied to them at all times (particularly blind and bleed). Make liberal useof KD when it's up (just remember they can't be repeatedly knocked down) and adv. crit shot. I find confusion shot to be kinda worthless for whatever reason. KD/Dizzy doesn't seem to stick like it used to (and on that note, the one time I got hit with both those stats dizzy recovery wasn't working - bah!)

well i normally open up with a KD shot ... then blind em and bleed em .. then start hitting with critical ... (i use a melee defense food and an action regen food) ... when they do get up and start attacking me again i hit duelist stance and start shooting them with critical a few more times .. reapplying the bleed and blind when needed ... once they start to run i hit the KD again and repeat the process over again ... kd isnt that high of damage ... and once people have figured out how to get back up from it they are standing back up almost as soon as they fall down .. but it will at least let ya catch up with them again ...
i use these weapons while pvp'n
ASL (blind)
RL (knockdown)
PFT (flame dot)

Alrighty, first thing is activate Improved Duelist Stance - this adds 150 to your defense (with IDS active, my template of MCommando/MBH/Pistoleer 0/0/0/4 gets 405 ranged defense and 425 melee defense). Be aware that you must stand in place for about 2 seconds to activate this. After that, knock your opponent down with Improved Underhand Shot, then hit them with a high-damage special (preferrably Advanced Critical Shot once you get the master BH box, since that will be your most damaging attack) to take advantage of the increased damage against prone targets. If your opponent is melee, follow itup with a root attack (via Improved Stopping Shot from Pistoleer or Improved Concussion Shot from Smuggler) and move out of their attack range. If not, or once you have already rooted them, your next move should be Confusion Shot to Stun/Dizzy them, decreasing their rate of fire and accuracy. From there, alternate fire between Advanced Critical Shot and Torso Shot since both do high damage, and Torso Shot has a bleed as well. Repeat until your opponent is dead, though if the fight drags on another KD or root might be helpful.
As an alternate to the above method, you could KD them first, then, instead of attacking, activate IDS.

Yesget you a prenerf bando or shirt to go with those expensive mods as well.
I take it you are just talking about a shirt or bandolier with sockets? sorry Im a dummie when it comes to tapes and sockets.
Its a old item still useable but nerfed way back, no Condtion on it. 4 Sockets They have belts also but jedi mostly wear them since they can only equip them instead of bandos, Also, I dont like the pre nerf belts for the fact i cant equip a PSG.I can live without a backpack with the bando Equiped
Also Range Speed and Range accuary Tapes are great to get . so if you can find some of the new ones with nice ++ mods ,grab them up as well. As for the flame good luck finding one with 500+dps.

/underhand; (kd)
/torso; (bleed)
/duelist; (for defence)
/eye; (blind)
/underhand; (kd again, hopefully)
/panicshot; (cool if yer a smuggler)
/critical; (good damage. My 1012 max flamer does 2k)
If enemy is melee. Always try to stay away from close range. All they can do is lunge. If they do lunge, and you get KD. Use KD recovery, and KD them, then get distance. Get very good at instant KD Recovery.
