On the matter of the amount of Poison and disease damage and ability for poisons to stack...
The Devs feel that Poison and Disease damage is relatively balanced and there's not as much reason to change them.
On the matter of DoTs being able to be thrown farther than 64m...
'The Devs are aware medical DoTs can be thrown over 64m and the ranges for medical DoTs is being evaluated.'

And then, please also recall that once fire extinguishers are officially added to the game, running into water will no longer effect the flame DoT, because it would be unfair to the Commandos to let there be two easy to use ways to kill their DoT. ![]()

LOL!!! Ok then smart guy...please point to where the devs EVER said that they won't let water put flames out anymore. Go ahead...I'll wait.
(HINT: It's not there...there will be 2 ways to put the flame dot out, which is one reason we are all complaining).
I'm convinced DEV's are just code punching morons who have never actually even played the games they create........CM poison is the most deadly and complained about "feature" in pvp......it is not even close to being balanced and apparently never will be..........I was on a raid last night with a group of about 25+ of the best PVP'ers on the server and we were all taken down in a matter of minutes by guess what.....yep mind poison.......wow that was soooooooo fun
But yeah, I agree fire dot is very unbalanced pffffft
An AOE mind poison that can be thrown for over 64m ??? Whoa... And Combat Medics have the terrain negotiation to run away after chunking it to let the victims cook... Nice. Guess it's time to drop commando and go heal dancers in the cantina for a bit.
If you can't beat them.... join them.
I would like to know what they are thinking when a CM can be as powerful or even more powerful than a Commando. The medical profession should be as a support role, not as someone who can take down multiple people by themselves.

Ok, so combat medics are going to be allowed to stack poison and disease (both very powerful dots combining to cause both heavy damage AND heavy wounds), to throw from 65m, and to have a dot that is ONLY healable by a high level doctor. Neither their stacking nor their damage capability is getting nerfed. They get to keep it...we get nerfed....
Must be nice to be loved...
Speaking from experience about this just last night, I was getting poisoned by a MCM from 105 meters away...From behind a building....
As some one already said, you cant beat em, join em. Time to start healing people....
ya being we are sapos to be the aoe ppl of this game i find it really mesed up
being poisoned threw buildings and 100m away is just a tad bit overpowerd
that or we are extreemly extreemly make the really extreemly under powerd

All of the DOTs from CMs throwing things are from before the range fix last publish. They can also stack the different types of poison/disease because they are all affecting all different stats. Plus, you have something that takes 5 seconds to apply each one, and they have to run down a line of 9 disease throws, 3 poison throws. Honestly, if you let them stand there long enough to do all that to you, you deserve to die.
Eventually, those poisons and diseases with the extra range will dry up. Beyond that, you're comparing apples and oranges between two classes. You can stack an a Bleed with the launcher pistol with a fire DOT, and then go to your marksmen and stack bleeds and things with other weapons. Not to mention effects you can hit them with grenades to do some other nasty things (assuming you can find someone to buy them from).
For the record, I don't mind the flame DOT not stacking, since I usually open with the Flamethrower and then get the hell out of dodge. I don't stay close enough long enough to stack 3 specials. On the fire extinguisher, that's still in development, and they haven't stated who will be able to use/make it. So comparing what may happen and then going on about how it will affect what is seems kinda pointless.
