I have a rodian on Sunrunner that I wanted to go Commando.

It this a totally bad idea? Would trandosan or human be much better?

Hey! My TC Master Commando and Bloodfin char are Rodian lol

It all depends on how you play your species, but my Rodian does very well in a fight, just needs a little help getting all his armor on lol.

I never even heard of anything except human or trandoshan being a commando....

I play a rodian on lowca. It works well for the most part. You either need to get good encumberance slices or buffed to get composite on. I find myself usually using ubese for PvE to cut down on costs. The nice part is the action bonuses, as you can spam lp specials like crazy.

Ancient weapons and hokey religions are no match for a rocket launcher in your backpack.
