What u could do is count the total ham cost for that suit and try to migrate your stats as close as possible to that. Alas, as a Zabrak I don't think you'll be able to migrate con, str, qui and sta high enough. But this depends on how the armorsmith made the suit. You can also buy yourself some nice food and spices and use those to wear it.
Or... the best choice is to get buffed before you wear it, that way you'll actually be able to use your special attacks while wearing it.

Make all your sub-stats at least 500 (or as close as possible) then you can probably wear your armor anytime you want, as long as its sliced.

Erm. I wanted to add that action sub-stats aren't as encumbered with armor as health and mind, so those only really need to be at 400, thats where mine are now and I can wear a full suit of comp easily.

I'm currently working on becoming a commando and have been saving up all my credits andacquired a full set of composite armor. Only problem I have with this is the fact that I do not have the correct stats to wear the armor. I can only put on one piece at a time, I'm wanting to wear it all, but will have to do a stat migration. I ama Zabrak and started as marksman. If anyone else is a Zabrak commando andwears composite armor I could use some advice on where to migrate my stats to. I appreciate all help on this matter.

First off I suggest getting that armor sliced. Slicing can reduce encumberance on armor so that you can wear more of it at once.

Hi
Im also a Zabrek and i could not be bothered to stat migrate it was to much of a pain in the ass.
I found a friend who could buff and got them to buff me to the point where i could wear a full suit of composite armor. Once the buff wears off the armor stays on but it means that you can not take it off or change it, if you take it off ya have to get buffed again so that you can put it back on .
Ok before anyone says anything im a lazy git for not stat migrating but hey it works and im happy.
