You said that we were not going to get nerfed at all. However according to the link on your post people will get defenses to us, our left hands wont be able to hit PC's and our dot will be cripled These seemed quite severe to me, considering how even at the moment it isnt easy to take out a BH. My record against masters is 5,3 which will get alot worse if these nerfs are put into affect (my most successful bouts in pvp come from HPC)

What got posted looks like fixes to me. But they aren't set in stone.

Some things raised questions but didn't read like set in stone.

I'm certain now after reading the combat designers post that this is most definitely someone putting a lot of thought and work into it. He's definitely the guy I've been looking to hear from.

No offense to Holocron, but he's not exactly up on his game.

All good things for everyone.

My only concern about this issue, and I plan to raise it in the main thread now, is that the increase in other weapons speed (pistol, carbine, rifle) and the raising of other classes defense vs flame and the lowering of our own defenses may tip the scales a bit too far. Its important to remember that we get -no- armor piercing weapons, save the disposables and grenades.

I honestly and truly want it to be balanced and fair, but I also honestly and truly dont want to be the red-headed stepchild profession.

true.. but it is my worthless opinion that this will eventually change.. in the HAR line.
