Where is the correspondent for Commando? Is he aware that we are bitching about the 2.5x damage multiplier for melee? Was he aware that this was going into place? Is the Commando/Combat Designer still on vacation?

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!

chill. He's following the forum and post-patch issues. See his update post from 10-3. I can personally guarantee no other coorespondent called one of the devs on the phone. He's undoubtedly doing his job in the correspondent's forum, thru PM's and on TC.

He's not the guy that posts everyday. Relax....he's on it.

I too would like to know where out correspondent is... The longer we wait to voice our concerns about the changed brought on by the patch, the more likely it is that we'll be put at the end of the list.

With the pandemonium that has ensued in the forum, the voice of our correspondent would more than likely calm everyone here.

I just went through the DevTracker posts, and according to Holocron, the 2.5x damage modifier was intentional, simply not documented, and that it had been previously been discussed (I do remember this). However he did say the multiplier may have been excesive based on the posts from this board.

So... unless we get a plan of action together, they might just dismiss our concerns as nothing more than bickering.

If you could post the link to the post by Holo you found, I'd appreciate it.

You realize that correpsondents get their own forum where they can speak directly to the profession designers? Why post in the spammy commando boards when you are in heated debate on a board that can effect some change? Trust me he's on the job if he's in town.
