Thread: A proposition to my fellow commandos
, and bringing down our community to a level I have never seen it at before. I have always taken pride in the fact that we as commandos are usually constructive, honest, and generally polite, willing to lend a hand to anybody that asks. But lately we ( including myself ) have been responding to these negative posts and dragging ourselves through the mud. This may even give the developers reason to say, " see, look at these commandos, pfft, why would I want to fix them."Cresslin

I totally agree
When i first read this thread..i wasnt sure if i was going to post, then when i read the above (which was XxskywalkerxX's post if they flame dot was getting nerfed) i was simply outraged at some of the negativity..
One thing that caught my eye was that poster who had the engineering corp sig...if she/he/it was a master commando for 3 months before we got the hordes of band wagon jumpers getting 0/0/4/0...then why post that negative garbage? If you were acommando for that long..wouldn't you see that balancing the Flamer before fixing any of our weapons and class overall is a bad idea? With that in mind i really doubt that person even cared for commando or was one in the first place for that matter.
Its almost like we're surrounded...

Oh, Maddoggs, I think you rock. I dident want any of you commandos to take my initial post the wrong way. I'm not mad at any of you. I give you guys a lot of props for sticking with it and trying to defend us. I found myself being the one getting aggravated and ready to headbutt my monitor when I see some of these posts. Its at that point I realize that I am only making things worse by responding to them. We can only point out the facts so much and still our words fall on deaf ears. Thanks again guys for being there and not letting the light of our flame throwers die out.

As ive once seen on a post on Nmebase.net (Infantry Online site)..or was it Infantry-Sector.com? eh forgetting those communities..havent played infantry for over a year now..cant anyways due to connection for some reason..anyways...a better term rather than "responding to these ppl only makes things worse":

I'd definately have to agree... But there are times when some posts are so innane and unfactual, and I fear that someone up high might read and take them seriously that it's hard to conrol responses.
