i asked this on the TK forums but no one replied........... will 4-0-0-0 inTK still be able to heal all ur wounds by meditating?

No one knows yet really. Tomorrow a few people should be getting to unarmed 4 so we'll be able to see what it does, but until we gain access to elite profs then we wont know when we can do what with meditate.
