From Tigg's Friday Feature Sneak Peek:
BARC Speeder
The BARC Speeder is a one-person, modified repulsorlift speederbike once used by specialized Biker Advanced Recon Commandos to go on highly dangerous missions during the clone wars. Once painted in the red and white colors of the Republic Army, these clone relics were also used during the battles on Kashyyyk. (Picture to be released Friday)

Apparently, it is supposed to be an ARMED vehicle, based on a post (not from a Dev!) in the dev tracker. Now how sweet would THAT be?
There's no way something this cool would be certed to a profession, but imagine the battles with swarms of BARC riders zooming in bike-guns blazing (or spitting plasma!) then a fast dismount followed with a barrage of grenades and rockets!

Hmm, maybe that's why the Light Beam Cannon or whatever it's called can effect vehicles.
