i.e. if I go Master BH / Master Commando will I be uneffected by Ecumberance?

They don't stack, just like Ranged/Melee Mitigation on live now. Mastering a Profession should give you full (or close to it) mitigation to the encumberance of the granted armour anyway. Though that aint concrete.

Lets say you have Master Commando (assault) and Master Rifleman (Recon, iirc).
If you are wearing youre Commando cert'd Assault armor and swap to a rifleman weapon (T21) for instance, your Commando mitigations will still apply to the armor. Conversly, if you are wearing your rifleman cert'd Recon armor and BBQing small furry things with an FT, then your mitigations from Rifleman apply. At least that's how I read the explanation in the CU docs.
From what I have seen, if you have 2 profs that are cert'd for Assault armor, they won't stack.
Of course, I could be wrong.
