I am currently grinding commando, and it takes me hours upon hourse to gain experience, i am currently 1022 comando, and that is after about maybe 40 hours of playing it. Any ideas for how to make te grind easier?

get ur flamer out and head straight to squill cave on tatooine, squills r worth about 3k - 4.5k xpa kill they r in plentiful supply and they r heat vunerable so they drop like flies dont waste any more points on the acid branch just go straight up the flame thrower tree and then once at flame4 use the points on the other boxes easy as that.
0040 is your priority then fill the rest in.

What is the waypoint for the squill cave? I'd been trying to meet up with a hunting group in Mos Eisley, but haven't seen any lately.

Listen to them- pre-CU, you'll only wanna grind Shock Trooper (Flamethrower skill tree), since you can get all Commando xp with just that weapon.You'll likely get Master pretty quickly, and you won't haveto worry about low-level grinding in the CU. Hm. I was going to say that you could then drop Master Marksman, but that might not be a good idea. You'll be able to use those Marksman specials with your flamethrower after all...

Get Novice Pistooleer and use the Launcher psitol to grind up to Flammer 3. Once you have that go the Squill cave (0,0 Tat) and flame those buggers. Get flamer 4, then heavy weapons then acid trees. Combat XP as you get it. Squills are your friends

I was master TK when I did this so that may have helped a bit. But I went to dath and just killed random spawns that I ran across. It made life easy. Of course the random Ns spawn can hurt you, but then I would just pull out my VK's. So yea, about 3-5 buff sessions if the spawns are good. I was about 0140 when I read this idea. Near the end I just finished off in the jinda caves, cause the spawns starting sucking.
