Im a bounty hunter but this will effect Commandos also.
Why is it that if all armors are equal in principle now, that Commandos and Bounty Hunters only get a 20% rate of Fire mitigation cert. while the professions that use the other armor types get 40% reduction?
Since it basically does not have any advantages over other armor types in total protection this is kind of unfair.

Rumor has it that we receive at 20% fire rate mitigation total at master because we only get a 20% fire rate penalty for wearing assault armor.
Other profs in recon armor take a 40% penalty so they receive a 40% mitigation.
It remains to be tested of course once we earn those mitigation boxes.
