Sorry, but I have read everything I can find. Yet I cannot see anything black and white.

Does general ranged accuracy and general speed stack with heavy weapons?

from what i can tell general adds toheavy mods (or any other)but probably at a lower rate kinda like 3 general = 1 heavy or something like that not to sure tho

It stacks...otherwise there wouldn't be a purpose for it. Its one of the little instruments within the professions that will make for more flexible templates, as well as more variety in what you can do combat-wise.

If it is weighted differently from specific mods, that we don't know...yet...
