Hello my fellow Gnort Slayers,

I am happy to annouce that "Geese" (Goose's Alt) is now a Master Weaponsmith on Kettemoor. Her shop is a burst run SW of Kaadara on Naboo and is listed on the planet map under Vendors > Weapons > Commando Store. I am specializing in commando weapons but will also make a few other weapons mostly upon request.

Currently, I am making Flamethrower, Launcher Pistols, Acid Beam Cannons, Partical Beam Cannons, and many varieties of grenades. As for the other weapons, I am missing a couple of required resources but might get them at any time via resource change or from another smith.

Concerning Weapons WITHOUT charges: I am keeping 2-3 of each type on my vendor and replacing them as i sell them. I would make more but want to keep inventory low in case the upcomming changes to the weapons might not carry over to old weapons. If the devs make the new code to apply only to newly crafted weapon, I will replace any weapon purchased from me at no charge with the new version.

Concerning Launchers WITH charges: I realize the cost of these are almost not worth it, but I will try to cut my patrons some slack here by greatly reducing the price for repeat customers and occasionally hook up a poor commando up with some freebies.

Concerning Grenades: I can make factory crates of grenades, but they are time consuming to run and will basically not keep a huge supply on hand but will take orders for crates and/or bags of 20ct. There is also a bug that makes items taken from a crate disappear until server reset, so most people prefer not to have grenades crated.

MONTHLY COMMANDO LOTTERY : Once a month I will randomly select one of my customers who has purchased 10k or more from me to recieve a FREE Commando package that will include a nice assortment of weapons, launchers, and grenades. I will add customers names to a list from the emails I get from vendor sales. I will probably do this on the roulette wheel in town to allow my customers to participate in the randoming if they wish. IMPORTANT - If you have already made a purchase from Geese, please email her and note what you purchased as I have delete my emails before i had this idea. The first Lottery will be held Sept 15th 8pm EST and will be held on the 15th of every month thereafter.

This is probably the best customer related weaponsmith I've ever read about.....why aren't you on Tarquinas?

My goodness, someone that finally specializes in heavy weapons, I gotta change my pants now.

hehe you can't possible get much businsess.. There's not that many commando's running around, and they won't need a new gun every week.

I don't know about that. I think a commando store would be great, especially if weaponsmiths don't continually have our special weapons, and there are a bunch of them. Since we're almost all pistoleers a weaponsmith could sell other pistols too for places like Endor where you must have an assortment of pistols to survive. The critters there have resistance to all but one or two things and the vulnerabilites vary a lot, even within the same species like those little monkey looking animals(not the ewoks). I have to change pistols for each one usually.

Virbio Knuckles would sell tosince a lot of commando's are going that route as well to make use of the unarmed combat we need to become a commando. IMO that may be the best combo and I've already got 4 boxes filled out under Tera Kasi but will have to surrender those skills because I've decided to spend my extra skill points on pistoleer instead. When its all said and done my character might be a combo of commando, tera kasi and pistoleer. It's gonna hurt to give up that TKA combat box I've already filled in.

Actually, once the new weapons are live rocketlaunchers will sell like hotcakes.

You might want to keep some dx2, fwg5, and knucklers on the vendor.

Kettemoor has a shortage of launcher pistols atm I'd stock up on those as for flamers/har only do by request until the new weapons are out (save your resources).

I'll be sure to check it out once the new weapons are out.

To the guy who thought I wouldnt get much business, you should have been my vallet parking people pets outside mu shop last night. Three factories have been churning out commando weapons since the patch. I fully stocked about a dozen of the following this morning:

Light Lightning Cannon (I know it BH but the poor bastages were bugging me)

All my weapons are great quality, they are actually a tad higher on damage than what was posted by Ivoni but they are also a tad slower I think, but only by .4 or less...anyhoo, i prefer a slice to speed over damage so will keep making them at max possible damage for the base.

My prices are 25k for non charged weapons and 15k for charged weapons. But if your poor and need a new weapon but dont have cashI will hook you up with a new weapon for a mere contract on your soul.

As I said before, if you bought an old gun from me, bring it by for a FREE trade in for the new version.

I am NOT making Rocket launchers at this time because i am missing Crism Ore so if anyone has any I will buy it from ya.

You got lucky with the store opening right about the time when the commando patch came out.. Means everyone needs new weapons (since the old ones were crap) so of course they'll flock to any WS that has them in stock..

I myself stocked up on 4 flamers...
