Commando Archive

I have recived two answers to my question from asking in game and reading the forums. I hope some one can help me out with this. I am a Master TKA, and plan to Master Commando. My question is; Do the defense mods from TKA stack with Commando? I have read on the fourms that they do, but I have asked in game and most people say they don't. I would really appreciate some help on this. I apologize if this question has been asked before.
