Thread: I have a question about this and BH
well, at this moment of time, commandos get more defense mods in melee and ranged than commandos (all due to the +25 melee/range from last update), but BH i feel is more superior still in PvP due to eyeshot, ranged KDs, and simply..the pistoleer dabblers who only get BH pistol or carbineers who only get BH carb (and then are stronger than master BHs...)
and now its ALOT easier to lvl up investigation, and missions have been raised to around 22k a piece
so its really up to what you want to be, on how you play..both have plusses and minuses (but both are still in need of work in order to actually achieve the title of a hybrid proffession..most elite proffessions are generally stronger!)
I'm taking both myself, the pistoleer has variety and defence bonuses but the BH pistols have raw speed and some very nice specials. One isn't really better than the other, plus it's nice to have your foot in the door of BH which has a bright future when it comes to variety. The pistoleer is very much a dead-end profession where you don't have as much potential for fun, BHs have unique missions and personally I wonder if they'll be given the duel wield pistols rather than the pistoleers simply because they have higher speed and accuracy total over all plus they are designed more for power so the concept of duel pistols wouldn't seem overpowered in their heads while it would be tough to balance for a normal pistoleer.
