hi ppl,

i've just got the AP left to get master marksman, and then need the 40k of combat XP for novice can anyone tell me where they would suggest to hunt/what to hunt inorder to get it (i have no other skills other than scout 4040)

ok get buffed , and get some Nades C12 , then kill the mobs on and lair on dantoonie and destroy the lair with the Nades , you get alot of Combat xp 4k i think but it slow

Heres what worked for me - grind the combat exp points with your pistol - Get a bad ass FWG5 sliced - and go start grinding quencker missions on dant - dont forget armor and buffs - especially mind. I racked up 40k combat exp in no time - 1 buff cycle i think just doing 5k quenckers in a solo group. I racked up enough pistol exp for novice pistoleer, Novice smuggler, and was 25k away from getting dirty fighting 1(whatever it is for feighn death).

As for the apprentice points - i just sent a shout out at dantooine mining outpost that i would pay someone to let me train them and then have them untrain and then i would train again. find a peep who has a ton of exp in a field that you can train - theyll jump at the chance - they may even do it for free. anywho - I got my app points in 5 mins that way. And i was off to commando after 1 buff - worked well

here's what worked for me:

go to naboo, and do a search for a composite armor vendor....(200+k)

go to dathomir and tag along with somebody doing Rancor missions, you'll get 18k per mission, if he's nice the full 36k :-) once you have the cash for armor, buffs, LOTS OF BRANDY, and mind buffs, get baz nitch missions, should get 3kish xp per kill, they're easy with flame thrower :-) stick with commando IT ROCKS!!! I just got flame 4....what a difference!!! i'm sold with comp armor if you don't have 500k

hi guys, ok i tried what was suggested about using C12 grenades but, i'm only getting about 10-20Combat XP per kill. the stats on the grenade are min damage 237 max 800 something, but as i have no cert for them as i'm trying to get novice i'm only doing about 7damage.

So i've been useing my carbine and Pistols kill quekers only for 10k XP left to go.
