It's not thatbad out there. I've been around the typhoons on Okinawa. Then again, those people in Florida and surrounding regions have had a bit more than their fair share of "rain." We're still better off over here in California.
The only thing that's bad out there in the rain is people's driving... Southern Californian driving... in the rain. It is truly, awful. Hello? You can't make that same 90 degree turn at 60 mph and expect nothing to happen! How about giving more space to the car in front of you and not riding their a** like people around here normally do. I could go on

Reno nevada here. Home of gambling, hookers and 24 hr bars. What more could a guy want or need. Our state motto should be "If its illegal somewhere its most likely legal here". Grew up in San Jose, CA and went to college in Chico, CA. and yes I've heard all the party jokes about Chico
