So, I see hundreds of other ppl buying crates upon crates of C-12 and heading out to Dathomir to kill Giant Baz Nitches with em. I'm pretty skeptical about this, but I decide to head on out and check the xp I get.
After I calculated it outa bit, I decided I would get slightly more xp using C-12's, but ata much greater monetary expense, + a ton more BF and armor condition.
Why did these newbs suddenly go FOTM grenades? I see like 3 posts a day of "selling 100 crates of C-12's", and most of them sell out within three days.
Note: I am an FS Swordsman with TKM, Master Brawler, and 0/0/4/0 medic, so my xp rate will be faster than most (my 5.7speed powerhammer hits at speed cap, which is about 1 second).

People are always going to find the easiest and cheapest way to gain xp in the least amount of time, and this is bound to hurt commandos in the future if the devs don't like what they see. I am going back to weaponsmith for the 3rd time, and this time I am going to do factory runs of C12s and C22s, and I am going to have a mass supply of it.
I'm a commando myself and I have experimented with C22's from reading up on the "100 FS XP per hour", from 5 throws per grenade I can get around 1K combat xp per kill- countless people running around the squill cave tossing grenades countlessly at any moving object is as ridiculous as the increasing number of Wookiee riflemen in armor with horns running around with a T21 kill stealing anything they see other players fighting.

1k combat XP per kill? Maybe if you're killing banthas or something. The 100k combat XP is not a lie, but you do have to know what to kill and how to kill it.

I was referring to a single 5-throw grenade, and I did these on rho Kwi guardians and giant Baz Nitches on Dath, I find it amusing people are willing to dump credits into tons of grenades since you often miss 3/5 throws per grenade which is alot of uses.

You only miss if you're targeting creatures and not a lair with creatures clustered around it

Yeah thats the trick...keep chucking the C12's at the lair till you kill everything...why do I sense a nerf coming.. >_<...then again, nothing really to nerf...

get support IV and use thermal detonators, hits hard and fast, over 5k combat xp per kill. 300k in an hour, even less

Man, I hope they do nerf it now. I've got 3 branches full, and have3,675,000 FS XP saved to fill the other 3 when I unlock them. I rushed to get the XP as fast as I could before the devs realize the mistake they've made. Now I can drop commando!
