Image Designers don't have a lot to offer sadly other that change what you could change when you created your character.
EXCEPT
They can give hairstyles you didn't have an option for.
So, if you feel the need to get your character a new hairstyle and want to help your local master ID to give you the right one...go here

Of course, I must warn you. Some of them will get you to laugh yourself silly. Human female #25 is my personal favorite to laugh at.
