Hi all,
Ive been a commando for 18 months - I follow the profession closely and always enjoyed playing it until today. During the respec I ended up with MCommando/ MSmuggler/ Pistols 4-3-1-4 - really enjoyed this UNTIL the last week or so.
all I seem to do now (using any commendo weapon or concussion shot) is agro shed loads of stuff. The guild hunt I was in just kept asking me to stop spamming area attacks....so I just sat there with a pistol trying to avoid aggroing everything and using NON-commando attacks...
I know all this is in our state of the profession, but I just cant see any light at the end of the tunnel atm....
anyway - had to post, feeling really down about it all atm, dont know whats the right way forward.

Get one of your group to pull the mob out of the pack for you using a creature or droid then listen to them go ooooooh - when you start with the big booms and flames. That rifleman with the big creature charging towards him will be real please when you root it for him at good range. Have fun with your guns.
Other than that - lob a grenade into the pack, root the lot of them, then run like hell. Just for a giggle.

thanks for the reply..but thats the point isnt it....
pulling using non-commando skills....rooting using non-commando skills....doing more damage wih my DL44XT than my PFT (pre-CURB krayt one, 2.1speed - now nothing like as good).
my commando skills are eye-candy....a pig with lipstick is still a pig

So are you saying its a 10and2? Pig with lipstick...reminds me of highschool. They will fix us, they have to!

I hope so..I'll never drop commando, but dont think I can live with another 18 months of a broken profession. Doesnt help when my other major role pre-CURB was Doctor 
sometimes I think its me SOE has a grudge against.....
