As an Master Commando/Master Smuggler I have had over 1.2m combat xp before I cashed it in.

Calm down buddy! This isn't the BH or Jedi forum either. He asked a simple question, I gave a simple answer. I'm a smuggler. I'm a commando. I have a smidgen of pistoleer. I have some bonuses from "the un-nameable" skill trees too. But first and foremost I am a person. Relax. Play the game. I'm not intentionally doing anything to mess up your day. Just like everyone else I'm just doing the best I can.

I apologize for Cpl's behavior, but you must relaize we commandos are a bit touchy when anything FS-related gets discussed. As far as I can tell, all XP caps are the same.

Heheh Cpl I look forward to the day that Smugglers and BH's have something in common! I won't lie, I am pursuing the "forbidden fruit" but first and foremost I am a smuggler. Second to that, now, I am a commando. I actually respecced out of commando and missed commando so bad I respecced back. I guess if I had the opportunity to move on to something far less broken at zero cost, but came back for the love of the flame, that makes me a real commando. I've been a Creature Handler, Smuggler, Commando, Pistoleer, Bounty Hunter as a serious profession and a handful of other professions that I wasn't serious about. (*cough*holocrons*cough*) In the end my favorites, by far, are smuggler and commando. I really miss my little army of creatures too. If I could pick up a third mastery I would get CH again because I would like to hunt with my Mereks again. What were we talking about? I dunno. Hey its great to be a commando! Good community, good fun. Flamethrowers!

I totally agree Cpl's feelings. Watching all these FS grinders pick up our hallowed profession just to toss a few grenades...it got under my skin...especially when someone tried telling me what grenades to use. I ended up kicking him from group and telling him to come talk to me after he ground out commando with a launcher pistol.

Heh, commando was my first elite profession in 2003 when I started playing SWG. Then I picked up smuggler. Now, my two loves are smuggler and commando. I've been other professions and tried a couple more with respec but Smuggler and Commando are where my heart is at. However, I too am also pursuing jedi. For one, I want that second character slot. For another, I want to be a smuggler/jedi for the ultimate bastardization of everything jedi. It's like spite for hearing force powers everytime I go to a freaking starport. I shall desecrate all it means to be jedi!
