yeah, doesn't raise DPS per say, but the accuracy vs. the def modifier of the oppoenent can raise the damage given.

yep please tell what server you got the char that looted it.

the CA is nice and if you in bria i'll trade for it.

I got an AA + 12 heavy weapon accuracy and CA + 11 heavy weapon accuracy ( so +23 in all ) on my sevrs trade formseem no intrest? this anyhelp you guys?
