Hiya,

got a stupid question - I'm a lvl 29 Novice Commando - how do I get any heavy weapons experience?? All the weapons i find seem to be lvl 54.

Is the any weapon i can use at my level that will get me Commando Xp?

Launcher pistol.

I know it's classified as a pistol, but it actually grants Heavy Weapons XP. Use that until you're certed for something better, likt the Heavy Particle Beam.

The bazaar or your local weaponsmith on whatever server you play on.

I can't really tell you for surewhat good stats are post-CU, though. I think the best you'll find will be in the mid-200 range for max damage.

At CL 29 you also have the option of the Rocket Launcher and Heavy Acid Rifle if you have the relevant skill boxes.
