I was wondering if PBC and LBC and the such are sliceable for damage and speed????

yes

There are no casual players, and there are no power gamers. Just people that spend different ammounts of time on something.

Nothing says you are having a blast more then having a warm launcher pistol in you hand, and your target dead at your feet.
