Well I haven't searched all vendors on every planet yet but I found some decent sliced ones on Dantooine right outside the Imp Outpost. There were speed sliced ones that were something like 3.2 speed440-880 for 60kand dmg sliced ones that were 4.7 speed 600-1100 (very rough estimate, can't remember exact amount, I'm at work) for 100k. These were at the DTC vendor mall.
