My friend is close to becoming a master commando, and the only advice i can give him is hit endor with his pet, and burn, baby burn...

But, from the looks of things there r other places with good xp....

Where is the best xp, and is it only 3k a pop???

Lets hear some info from some top doggs!!

I decided to go to Dantooine and get missions--the Piket Plains Walkers missions pay over 9000 credits and give ~3000 exp a piece, so you can get rich while you level your commando skills. It is advisable with these things, however, to get a good suit of composite and Flame Single 2 (at the VERY least Flame Single 1), as they can be quite vicious in numbers.

With this method I was able to reach Master in two or three days, depending on how many gaming hours you consider a "day," lol.

Now that I am a Master Commando, though, I find myself just yearning for the acid rifle to be fixed . . . oh, and a speed bonus for Master (that's common to all the other professions I think) . . . life is so unfair, wah.

I soloed up to Master in a few days doing Piket missions on Dantooine. And yeah never gotten more than 3k per kill using my flamethrower. I've gotten up to 4k while levelling TKA off the same mobs. Just be sure to use the bleed pull technique until you have at least flamesingle1 and flamecone1. They can be very tough in numbers until you have 2 stacking burns.

Bleed pulling is when you use a pistol, carbine, or rifle and fire one of the bleed specials and /peace right away after (you can easily macro it). You gotta be kneeling or prone before you fire the shot also. Wait 20 sec for the bleed to tick and only the 1 will charge you. If you're not kneeling or prone when you do this then you'll aggro the whole camp.

And yeah get a decent suit of composite with around 60% kinetic and try to find a stim vendor that's selling Stim B's with 300+ heals.

Once you have flamesingle1 and flamecone1 it gets pretty easy. Just hit both on 1 then queue up a heal if you need, then switch to another, hit both specials, queue a heal, then switch to the last, hit both specials, usually the first drops by now, queue a heal if needed. Easy.

The way i've been leveling to MCommando is very very simpe.

1) Get buffed

2) Get crate of Muon (and set macro to use Muon from toolbar, and '/pause 300; /tell self 5 min til Incap!!;/pause 150; /tell self 2.5 min to incap!!!;/pause 90;/tell self 1 min to incap!!!;/pause 30;/tell self 30 seconds to Incap!!!; /pause 15;/tell self 15 seconds to incap!!!!; /pause 15;/tell self INCAPPED!!!;you when it's going to possibly incap you)

3) Get a ticket to Yavin4 (norhtern outpost I believe)

4) Go NE of outpost along the beach (300-600m)...there are tons of 3k each critters running all over the place that constantly respawn about as quick as you can kill them..Only use muon macro when mind starts to go...and your down time is ONLY when the muon downer occurs...the town is also close enough (~400m) away that you can /burstrun into a building if need be. Meat is 900+ for several critters. AVOID THE Crystal SNAKES...they are the only things i try to stay away from. Other than that, burn everythyihng in sight!

Also, ~3k is the most i get for HW exp when i kill anything from kliks/huurtons/Bull Rancors
