what is that tree all about? is it a weapon if so how is it?

Its slow, its in short supply and its good for taking out turrets.

I've had no luck at using them against turrets or ATST's. I'm master commando, and I never hit, or do any damage. Your better off punching the stuff with your fist.

No. It's good for 1 shotting in PvP.

Rocket Launcher is for Turrets.

k i know rocket launchers have a certain amount of uses 34 ithink, before you have to get a new one.. is it the same thing with beams?

HPC are great if you can get them made good and great for pvp from a distance till you move in...If i am defending a base i let them come to me and pick them off..And rocket launchers usually have 31 uses in them..

Rocket launchers are awesome in PVP, just keep in mind your range. You can drop a guy from 65m. For that tree just keep in mind ranges, and you'll be fine. I also find them good for softening up MOBs.

The number of uses a RL , HPBC or other heavy weapon have varies depending on who made it and how much experimenting they did on it.

The base number without experimentation with an "okay" build (or not so high quality components) is supposed to be 30 uses. If you get a "good" result (which seems most common, you may get one more use out of it.
