Do heavyweapon speedskillenhancersactualy improve the speed of flamethrowers and har's or only of rocketlaunchers and stuff?

they don't do anything whatsoever, they're a relic from Beta.

this is why ppl want the hvy weapons to be pooled into one accuracy/mod..so these relics can be applied...


and hell..maybe a special hvy weapon pool as well and add in skill tapes for that...OR


Just one hell big pool for ALL

Well that kinda sucks why are they so expensive if they dont work?:/

Because the people selling them either don't know they don't work, or like to rip you off.
