Dear Game Review Site,

I am writing to you about a game Star Wars Galaxy. I thought that you and your readers needed to know the state of the game.

We are now in weeks 6 seven of release and the problems with the game are too numerous to list.

Here is a basic Breakdown of the game.

1)Graphics - One of the nicest engines a MMORPG has. Frame rates and lag are still a problem in area but this is to be expected in a new game and it does seem to be improving
2)Plot - Non existent. This is not an advance and see new places type game. It all about the community, your place in it and the rebel/imperial war.
3)Quests/Mission - static quest abound, very repetitious with little to nothing to do with any over all plot
4)Characters - well most of the elite professions are seriously flawed and bugged. Several are so broken that they are literally impossible to advance in!
5)Customer Service - the absolute worst. Patches are put in improperly tested breaking things as basic as group chat and direct tells. Customer Support via phone or web will refer you to in game support who will a) ignore the issue for weeks, b) explain the solution to a totally different issue c) refer you back to phone/web support. The communication is so poor between SOE development and the customers Class correspondents selected by SOE to take the lead in helping to improve areas of the game have cancelled their accounts because of the lack of communication
6)Content - Much content that was promised on the site during pre release is simply not in the game. If asked developers assure it will be there in a future release. I am sure some of that content will be at an additional $39.95
7)The SOE Forums where you are directed to talk about issues in game are censored heavily. Seriously negative responses to issues or the developers are closed

All in all the game is barely playable as it stands. Please warn your readers that purchasing and playing SWG , that it is really a game still in beta testing and to expect to be paying for the privilege to fix the game.

Also, have someone proof read it for grammar. Yours isn't that great. That alone would get it tossed out.
